INSURANCE & BILLING
Insurance Options: We are participating physicians with Blue Cross, Blue Chip, United Health, Medicare, Medicaid and Neighborhood Health Plans. We will submit claims to all commercial insurance plans. However, we advise you to check with your insurance carrier beforehand so that you are aware of exactly what your plan covers for non-participating carriers. At the time of this inquiry, you may also wish to clarify your co-pay responsibility.
If you have been injured at work, we will submit your bill to the Worker's Compensation carrier as long as we have been provided with all the proper information. You are responsible for any deductible, co-insurance or non-covered services.
If you do not have insurance or require special payment arrangements, please call our Billing Office at 401-351-6200, Monday- Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We will work with you to arrange a personalized payment plan. Our billing office will also help answer any questions you may have about coverage.
